Application of Graphite thermal sheet

Graphite Thermal Sheet It has a very high thermal conductivity along length and

width (X-Y-direction) and a very good thermal conductivity

through the thickness (Zdirection).Graphite material has the

characteristics of hight heat conductivity(300-1500w/m-k) ,and

the thermal pad is very thin(0.1mm-1mm)which allows for easy

attachment to a variety of heat sink or component surfaces.

Apply to heat sink, position the pad and press in place onto the

heat sink. GTS is insulation in vertical direction and uniform

temperature in horizontal direction. The characteristics in

flexibility, wide-range temperature and breakdown voltage is

excellent. It can be used in cooling of computers, mobile phones,

LCD and PDP TV,LED etc
